After I reach my goal, what should I do?

Once you reach your goals, you should continue to maintain the habits that allowed you to achieve your goals (although you can eat the “Moderation” foods more frequently). It is always helpful to choose a new goal to work toward. For example, if weight loss was the initial goal, a new goal may involve achieving new physical levels, such as running a race or completing 20 push-ups.
