Can my meals be at different times each day?

Yes. It may not be possible to have your meals at the same time every day, but as long as you're maintaining the 4-4-12 and eating your meals around the time frame that those meals would normally be eaten, you don’t need to worry.

Eating at a regular, set time is best practice, though. This will make sure the chemical switches (circadian rhythm genes) in the body that turn on digestion are properly trained.
