I had a bad week; how do I get back on track?

Don’t focus on the guilt, as this will be neither productive nor helpful. You can’t change the past, but you can change the future. DO focus on your goals for the coming week, make sure you have healthy meals prepared, and set aside time for exercise.

Look back and see what you can learn from this situation—what could you do differently next time? What did you learn that you want to remember? Write these lessons in a journal so you don’t forget them.
