1. The best way to eat healthy while traveling is to make a plan beforehand. Take time before your travel to bring healthy options with you. You can carry a few sachets of Unicity Complete and a shaker bottle, raw almonds, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, jerky sticks, cheese sticks, celery, and almond butter. This will ensure that you never find yourself hungry and without a healthy options. In addition, do some research and look up healthy restaurants you could try while you’re away.
