How many carbs should I be eating?

In general, strive to eat one serving of carbs with each meal. For example, you might have a serving of fruit with breakfast, a serving of quinoa with lunch, and a serving of beans or lentils with dinner. If you find that your body needs more carbs, try incorporating a little more as long as you continue to see good results. Carbohydrates are a great source of energy; however, we want to eat the right types (refer to your Nutrition Guide) and not eat in excess of what our body needs. It is important to balance out our meals with lean protein and healthy fat.
