If I’m not sore the day after a workout, does it mean I didn't work hard enough?

Being sore the day after a workout is a great indicator that your routine was challenging and put new stresses on your muscles, which is important for muscle growth. Is my heart rate elevated? Are my muscles burning? These are all indicators of a great workout.
