If I’m still full from lunch, is it okay to skip dinner?

It depends on your health goals.  If your goal is weight loss, missing dinner is fine, especially if your lunch was particularly nutrient-dense (i.e., rich in protein and fat). If your goal includes increasing muscular strength, missing a meal may slow muscle recovery and growth. In this case, try taking a Complete shake or a smaller, protein-rich meal at dinner time.
